1Password in second mac account is asking for 2 factor identification code - where do I get it?

I have opened 1Password 7 in a second user account on a Mac. I can access all data, however it is asking for the second factor 6 digit authentication code. Without this it will not sync with the cloud. Where do I get the 6 digit authentication code?
