One Time passwords not in sync

in 1Password in the Browser

I was not able to log into my amazon account using my wife's windows 10 laptop, it kept complaining about invalid OTPs,
so I pulled out my phone and mac laptop and sure enough, everything else is in sync except the one on windows.

a) why is that?
b) how do I fix it?

They are all using 1passwordX.

    I went back after an hour to try and get some snapshots, and now the problem ahs resolved itself.
    sigh!!!

    Hi @kv3! Thank you for the update!

    The time on your Windows PC was probably incorrect ;) OTP needs precise time, or the codes that the app will generate will be incorrect.
