Safari 13.0.3 1Password 7.4.1 Popup Intermittently Appears
I have this annoying 1Password popup in Safari that intermittently occurs on random public sites (no login)
e.g. just a short time ago https://www.abc.net.au/news, https://www.carsguide.com.au
1Password Version: 7.4.1
Extension Version: 7.4.1
OS Version: macOS 10.15.1
Sync Type: iCloud

I visit https://www.abc.net.au/news all the time so it is set up as a Top Site in Safari (like a favourite). The other one https://www.carsguide.com.au was just from a Google search.
I can go to both sites now and nothing but tomorrow or the next day it will happen (it happens on other sites too).
I have restarted the iMac. I have uninstalled 1Password and re-installed. Issue started with macOS Catalina.

Thank you for the additional information. I have just tried visiting those websites again and no popup appeared for me. What are your current 1Password keyboard shortcuts? I wonder if you have them configured in a way that it's easy to trigger the extension that way.

Don't use 1Password keyboard shortcuts so they would be the defaults.

Didn't take long. Opened up Safari and didn't even get to a web site and the 1Password pop up appears.

Do you have any advice on how to remove 1Password manually in case uninstalling left artefacts that are affecting the re-install?

@kymc - wait, let's rewind a bit: had you already tried uninstalling 1Password 7 when you wrote your first post? Or have you done that on your own since you began this thread? We do indeed have a guide to completely uninstalling 1Password which you can use if that's what you'd like to do. But I wouldn't suggest that for the issue you've reported here.
The 1Password mini/extension (which is what you're seeing there) should only appear if you invoke it via either the keyboard shortcut or by clicking it. It's also possible that you have one of your default pages saved as a 1-Click bookmark? In 1Password, there's the ability to drag any Login item straight up to your browser's bookmarks toolbar, and drop it there. If you've got a set of tabs or windows that open when you first launch your browser, and it includes one of these, there is a default call to fill the data there -- and if 1Password isn't unlocked, you'd see the lock screen first. Could that be the case?
