I'm trying to get a handle on the items with attachments, and I'm failing to find them. I feel like the search selection here shows that I have selected a single vault, or have I not? How do I make sure that I'm on a single vault, if I'm not?

    Hi @iftekhar25!

Note that attachments were converted to Documents if you have a 1Password Membership. This means that only standalone vaults used attachments, so the search you are trying to run will always return 0.

Put another way, if you're using a 1Password membership account, you don't need to use advanced search to find files you've saved in 1Password; just click Documents in the sidebar. ;)

Thanks @ag_ana and @brenty, but I wanted a list of items that have inter-links, so I can move them between vaults item by item and not lose my inter-links, due to the unresolved request here: https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/comment/535776#Comment_535776

Maybe I should phrase my question more precisely: I have crosslinks with documents, and I'd like to get a grasp on the inter-linked entries so I can copy them over properly. A completely detached document would not be very discoverable for me, I might lose them in the database.

@iftekhar25 - fair enough -- but the search you showed in your screenshot will only work in standalone vaults. Unless you've created a standalone vault and called it "Personal," I assume that's part of your 1Password Families account. That means: the result for a search of number of attachments is greater than zero will always be zero, because there are no attachments in 1password.com accounts/vaults.

I'd like to get a grasp on the inter-linked entries so I can copy them over properly.

Copy them from where, and to where, please?

Hi @Lars, thanks for the response.

I think I'm finally grokking what you're saying. I'm searching for entities called "attachments," when I should be searching for entities called "documents," because I no longer have offline vaults, since I am a subscriber.

    Understood.

So I suppose my question is: how do I search for entries in 1Password that have references to Documents? I have documents with arbitrary names like UIDs, and the only way I discover them is through these references. If I lose the reference, they become undiscoverable by search, and this could be a problem for me.

To answer your question, I'm trying to copy items with references to documents from my private vault to the shared vault with my wife. We have a subscription, so I have my vault, she has hers, and we have a shared. I would like to mass copy these items with references that I have curated to our shared folder.

I don't believe there is a way to run a search in 1Password to show all items which have at least one reference I am afraid. However, advanced search might help you a little bit anyway: if you show the advanced search options and you set them this way:

If you enter the name of the document in the search field, 1Password should return you the list of items which link to this document.
