On edit screen of any login item, drag&drop feature of fields is buggy. Sometimes it overlaps each other or shown partially, and sometimes the app is crashed.

    Hi @koraykupe

I'm having trouble with the first link you posted. Could you please verify that goes where you intend it to? I'm unable to see the video.

Awesome. Thanks @koraykupe. That works now. I'd like to ask you to please send us the crash logs and a diagnostic report. Here are the steps you'll need to follow:

    1. Plug your phone into your computer and sync it with iTunes.
    2. Switch to the Finder, click on the Go menu and choose "Go to Folder..."
    3. Paste the following into the window that pops up: ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/
    4. Select all the files that begin with 1Password and drag them to Mail in the Dock to create a new mail message.
    5. Generate a diagnostic report using the utility here: https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/
    6. Attach the diagnostic report to the same email as the crash reports
    7. Send the email to support+forum@agilebits.com

With your email please include a link to this thread:
    https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/109106/app-crash-on-drag-drop-a-field-on-edit-screen#latest
as well as your forum handle.

When you send the message you will get an automated reply from BitBot containing a Support ID. Please post the Support ID here so we can 'connect the dots.'

I think I clicked 'always send crash reports' when I open the app afterwards. Isn't that enough?

    @Ben
For 1 Step: iTunes is dead. I synced it on Finder (macOS Catalina)
For step 5 It says "On your iOS device, tap here to create a diagnostics report, then tap Open.", but it opens the app with a web view of your contact page. It asks me a subject etc. I think this is not something I look for. I don't have Apple Mail app. May it be the reason?

Edit: I had to install Apple Mail app, but there is a problem with that link still. As soon as I tap it, a compose email view is shown but immediately disappears. I used 'send diagnostics' button.

Thanks for the information @koraykupe. I see we've received your email and I'm passing it along to our development team to review. I'll also see if I can get those instructions updated for Catalina. Thanks!
