Constantly seeing the login window after submitting

My main browser is Chrome, running 10.14.6 macOS. When I use "command \" to fill in a u/p on a website it shows the correct login info, but after clicking login it either refreshes itself, or shows me the first login item in my list. Shuffling around to the 1password app, seems to fix it but it's pretty frustrating. Is there a fix?

    Hi @echoparkbaby!

    This sounds like an issue that our development team is aware of and is investigating. In the meantime, can you please try quitting 1Password completely (right-click on 1Password mini in your menu bar on the top right corner of your screen) and select Quit 1Password Completely, reopen 1Password and see if that helps?
