My account got frozen
I have renewed the subscription until oct 25th 2020 but my account got frozen due to not renewing it says on email... I need help ASAP.

Thank you for the confirmation @JapaneseKoreanUG. Let's try applying your existing subscription to your 1Password account again.
If you subscribed on iOS: Tap Settings > 1Password Accounts > [account] > Apply Purchase to Account.
If you subscribed on macOS instead: From the menu bar, choose 1Password Preferences, then click Accounts > [account] > Apply Purchase to Account.
