Improve sort order of accounts

This is a further enhancement request to https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/comment/526234/#Comment_526234

The sort order of logins to a particular website should be ordered by least recently used, so that logins I use frequently on a website are listed before logins that I rarely use for the same website. It'd be just jim dandy if you could do that.
