My 1Password is no longer automatically saving passwords on either Mac or iPhone

1Password no longer automatically saves passwords on either my apple mac oe iPhone. It also seems to be rather random when updating passwords and I have had to update manually many times. Can you please make some suggestions...

    @IMV: 1Password cannot automatically save Login items on iOS, and on macOS you'd need to confirm saving anyway. Can you be more specific about the steps you're taking and what is/isn't happening as you expect?
