Chrome extension sporadically fails to work

I'm running 1Password v7.3.2 on Mac OS v10.15.1
The Safari extension works fine. The Chrome version works most of the time but occasionally when I click the Go or Autofill buttons nothing happens and the list of logins refreshes to show all entries rather than those matching the url.

1Password Version: 7.3.2
Extension Version: 4.7.5.90
OS Version: 10.15.1
Sync Type: Dropbox

    This sounds like an issue we are currently investigating. Our developers are aware of the issue ;)
