please help. does customer service exist for 1 password?

I signed up for a 1password account .I'm a long time single license user. I'm new to this and cannot get into my 1password online account. I'm being asked for a master key. help!!!!! I am not computer savvy and am very confused.

1Password Version: 7.4.1
Extension Version: I have no idea
OS Version: 10.14.6
Sync Type: I don't know
Referrer: forum-search:please help. I cannot get into my 1password account.
