Maybe, just maybe... 1Password is getting too big?
I'm a long, long time customer. As 1Password gets bigger and bigger, things are not working as well as they once did.
1. mini password (in browser) doesn't always enter information - once upon a time, it was just a matter of clicking on it. Now... have to click on 'AutoFill'... and MAYBE it will enter all of the info... but maybe not.
2. Often doesn't recognize which site so have to open the main app and find the site you want and auto fill, but sometimes have to copy and past user and passwords.
3. size of font IS TOO SMALL! But 1Password seems unable to solve this minor issue. Seems easy for all the other apps in the world... but not 1Password.
4. Constant suggestions to change passwords (even this forum) is aggravating at best.
The best app in the world of apps is.... er.... was 1Password. Now... not so much. Sad

What browser is this happening with? And can you also share some URLs where this is happening so we can test it here too?

Can you please make sure that, when you click on the 1Password browser extension button, the dropdown menu there is set to Suggestions? It should look like this:

Can you please post a screenshot of 1Password suggesting you to change passwords, so I understand exactly what you are looking at?

It JUST happened on YOUR site! It has happened on Celebrity Cruises, TD bank and others. Using Chrome.

Ditto #1. Sometimes I click the autofill button and nothing happens and a 2nd click is required; sometimes after a few seconds delay, the autofill is completed; sometimes autofill works properly. The issue is RANDOM across sites and apparently browsers. This started with 1Pwd 7.4.
