1P Code Scanner Can't Scan Twitter QR Code

I'm trying to set up 2FA for Twitter directly from 1P. The QR code that Twitter displays is slightly larger than the 1P Code Scanner square. If I zoom out of Chrome until it fits, the scan doesn't work. Twitter is offering a 16-digit code to use in lieu of a QR code, but I don't see anywhere in 1P to enter a 16-digit code. Help!

Ummmm, never mind :) I just realized 1P send a pop-under alert saying I needed to give MacOS permission for 1P to access my screen. Once I did so, the scan worked (even on the QR code that was slightly larger than the box).

    2 suggestions -

    1. It still might be nice for 1P to accept 16-digit codes in lieu of QR codes.
    2. If there's a way, the OS alert should be a pop-over. I didn't notice it until I shut down my browser for the day. Or, show an alert right on the Code Scanner window - "This window won't work until you grant OS permission," something like that. Instead of just sorta ignoring everything and leaving the user to wonder what they're supposed to be doing.
