1password doesn't fill all fields

I need to fill 3 fields to login to a website.
The fields are:
Access Number (aka username)
Security Number
Internet Password
1password can store and fill Access number and Password fields but not the Security Number field which is like a pin code (4 digits).
I also can't edit this login to include this field.
Can you please help with this issue?
Thanks,
Serge

@serlod – Thanks for updating us with the website URL! I was able to test it out on my end, and I've got all three fields filling on the site you mentioned. Here are the steps I'd recommend following so you can do the same:

    1. Type (or copy/paste) your access number, security number, and password into the proper fields.
    2. Before pressing enter, click Save in 1Password underneath the password field.
    3. Add "new" to the title (or anything to distinguish this item from your existing item).
    4. Click Save.
    5. Refresh the page.
    6. Attempt to fill the new item by selecting it in the menu underneath the access number field.

Let me know how that works for you!
