Can you please elaborate on this a little bit? You can create as many vaults as you like, so how many vaults do you expect to see?

Yes, this is on my MAC
This is on my iPad

My IPAD says 2 vaults. Primary to Dropbox 57
Personnal 227
Should they all be the same

@PatriciaMoore: The Personal vault is part of a 1Password membership account. It will automatically show up on any devices where you are signed into your account.

The Primary vault is a local vault, separate from the account; you seem to be syncing it with Dropbox. The other "On my Mac" vault is also a local vault, separate from the account. Those will only show up on devices where you explicitly sync them over.

If you sign into your 1Password membership account in your web browser -- https://start.1password.com -- is all of your data there in the account already?

Thank you that helps a lot. Should I get rid of the Primary vault or just make sure I sync only the Personal Vault with Dropbox?

When I go into settings with 1Password on my iPad if I say sync it comes up with Primary to Dropbox. Shouldn’t it say Personal to Dropbox

Since you have a Membership, you should only use the Personal vault (which is synced to 1Password.com, no Dropbox needed). If you login to your account on 1Password.com, do you see all your data there?

If you do, you can remove the Primary vault and stop using Dropbox to sync your data altogether, since sync happens automatically if you have a 1Password Membership.

Yes, everything is there. I just deleted the primary vault and am only using the Personal one. Thank you for all your help. I didn’t seem to have any problem until I went to 1Password 7. Thank you again
