can you help me fix my autosave its not working

in 1Password in the Browser

I downloaded the app, the icon is in my browser, I can access open and load the vault but when I sign into new sites or sites in the vault 1password does not ask me to save. I even shut off password autosave in my settings to get rid of the ones already saved.
Im very frustrated and already restarted my computer but I just cant get this to work and I rewatched the videos I must be missing something important.
help please

    @csaunders: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble. Unfortunately without some basic information it's hard to say what might be going wrong and how we might right it! Please tell me the OS, 1Password, browser, and extension versions you're using, the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect so we can figure out the best plan of action:

    Find your version

    The more information you can give, the better. For instance, are you having trouble with specific sites, or on a particular device? If you're having trouble with specific sites in a specific browser with a specific version of 1Password and its extension, be sure to include that information, like the URL. Often simply manually saving the login will save additional information that will allow 1Password to work. Thanks in advance! :)
