Nov 11 update from the Mac App Store persistently fails to install

2017 MBP, 200 Gigs free space, 16 Gigs RAM, 10.15.1. I "quit 1password completely" and click install on this update and it doesn't complete. A few minutes later it shows again as an update waiting to install. This is a bit unnerving!
