Multiple logins but different passwords

Hello, I wanted to change my password for site to make it stronger. I already had it the site as listed as a login in 1Password. When I changed the password instead of replacing the existing password, 1Password simply created a new login with a different password. For example for Amazon, I now have two "Amazon" logins listed with different passwords. One is correct and the other is wrong. How do I delete the wrong one?

    I'm logged into a PC that's running windows.

    @ecogirl8:

    Thank you for the clarification. If you right-click on the item you want to delete inside the 1Password for Windows desktop app, you will see a menu with several options, including one to move the item to the Trash ;)
