iOS Devices Suddenly Not Unlocking Shared Vault

Around noon time today EST Saturday November 30th, 2019 my wife and I noticed that our ipads and iphones are rejecting our master vault password. My wife noticed it first on her ipad, then she tried her iphone, and then I tried my iphone. All three devices have disabled finger print entry and are rejecting the manual entry of our master password. Restarting the apps and rebooting the devices has not resolved the issue. The problem appears to be specific to iOS devices since I can still access our vault via my laptop and at 1password.com.
