Have a subscription. Assuming not best to use apple store app, where can I download app and safari extension for my subscribed program and download vault to new ipad 13.2.3? Thanks

Extension Version: need to get this for safari ios
OS Version: ios 13.2.3
Sync Type: via your subscription ? cloud
