How to unfreeze my personal account now that I have a Family subscription?
I have had a longtime personal 1Password license and upgraded from v6 to a trial of v7. The trial period expired, freezing my data. I then established a Family subscription. I am able to see my 'old' v6 data in the Family subscription but it is frozen. How do I unfreeze it with my Family subscription? The only option seems to be to buy a Personal subscription but that makes no sense! Help, please!
