Chrome autofill issue

My interaction with Chrome seems to be all screwy on Catalina. I'll use the shortcut (command+backslash) to try and autofill, and the normal popup on the right appears, with my relevant passwords for the website. However, when I select the password I want, instead of autofilling, it just pops up the passwords again but all passwords instead of for the specific site. If I filter down to the right website and select a password at that point, it just doesn't do anything.

The only way around this seems to be carefully clicking autofill instead of hitting enter when I select the right password.

I'm assuming this is a Catalina problem.. please let me know if there's a fix..

  • Hi @dingobiatch,

This is a known issue with the extension in Chrome. It is unrelated to Catalina. It has been a very difficult thing to get fixed but we're making progress and hope to have more news in the near future.
