All items duplicated in Android

I have been using 1Password for several years and have recently taken out a subscriber account. I noticed today that all of the items in my vault are duplicated. This is only affecting 1Password Android, on my tablet. My entries on the iPhone version are fine. How can I resolve this and get rid of duplicate entries (one of the duplicates had two different passwords for a site as I had updated a password yesterday - this could be a bit confusing!)

Yesterday I downloaded the Chrome version onto an old Windows 7 laptop (deleting the 1Passport v.4 that was on it before) as I could not download v.7 onto the laptop. Might this have caused the problem?

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+android@agilebits.com.
