1 Password 7 won't open
I had a Individual License (from long ago) for 1P 4, 5 or 6 (?) 1Password7 has be operative and I was prompted to to subscribe. I dallied and did not 'subscribe'. I now have the 1P7 Icon on my iMac, displayed normally, but it does not open, thus preventing SignIn.
FROZEN is my Account ?
I wish to reinstate the Account as I have it due to identities saved. Multiple emails were sent to Support and they were not responded to in any meaningful or acceptable way. I am a old guy here with this computer stuff and I wish to resolve access issues as stated. Thanks, David
