I moved my 1Password to a new machine and all of my saved credit card info is gone.

Is credit card info. saved in my vault across machine installations? All of my saved credit card information is gone since I've moved to a new laptop.

    Hi @weyus,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble accessing your data from a new Mac. Yes, if you've saved the data in a 1Password membership vault it would be synced to any device you sign into your membership account on. If you sign in at https://my.1password.com/ do you see your data there?

    I do not see that data in my 1Password account.
    I do not see that data on my laptop.
    I DO see it on my phone.

    I have Sync set to iCloud on my phone. Last sync was less than a minute ago.

    Weird - now I see them.

    I have a vault called Personal on both laptop and phone, but also have one called Primary on iCloud that I don't see on my laptop.

    This is why you are not seeing this data in your 1Password account. If your credit card data is stored in iCloud, it means that it's stored in a different vault. If you want it to show up on 1Password.com, you need to move your data from your iCloud vault.
