My manager sends me invitation, like, https://nordstrom-merch.1password.com/teamjoin/invitation/something. I clicked it and filled out with my e-mail xxxx@yyyyy.com, the web says "Check your inbox", but I've never received response. I signed up/registered with 1password for support, I got message:
No account was found on 1password.com for your email address:
xxxx@yyyy.com

My company's tech support asked me to contact 1password directly.
