1passwordX extension in Chrome tries to "attachShadow" to svg elements causing errors in dev tools
The extension tries to attach shadows on directoly opened svgs or those embedded on pages via tags leading to console errors in the developer console.
this makes the extension unusable for me as a developer at the moment.
is this correct behaviour of the 1passwordX extension?

Hey @Topograph ,
Can you please test it with our beta and see if it happens there as well?If so, would you be able to provide us with the URL so we can test it here and forward it to the devs if necessary?

Hi,
the error still occurs with the beta. While i can't provide the URL of the page, yet, i've set up a simple demo page for you and your devs:http://luca.kfcloud.de/1passworderror/index.html
http://luca.kfcloud.de/1passworderror/Fisch.svg
Just opening any of the links above in chrome with the 1passwordx extension enabled will cause an error in the developer console.

Hey @Topograph ,
Thank you kindly for the additional information and links. One of our devs have taken a look at it and said this is definitely fixable. I will document it and put it in their queue. Will you be able to keep these links active for a few weeks?0 -
Cool. Thanks for looking into it. I’ll keep those links alive
