Persistent Duo Prompt appearance

I have had this issue just come up: I was using 1Password 7 and Duo Prompt keeps reappearing. I keep typing in my Master Password and for 4 times successively, Duo Mobile will appear for me to authorise my 1Password App.

Duo Mobile v3.32.0.9
1Password v7.4.4

1Password 7.4 went offline but I don't know how it happened? The loop is continuing, another 3 more times. I have not restarted my iPhone or force quit the apps. It seems to be a iPhone SE problem. I haven’t noticed the issue on my iPadOS13.3 and IPad Mini 5.

    There is currently a bug in 1Password for iOS with regard to Duo. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully we'll be able to resolve the problem in short order.
