I can log into 1Password7, but can't get into my web account
I don't know how to best get support here as this is a public forum, but I can log into 1Password 7's personal vault. I have my secret key, e-mail and password, but it will not let me into my account online -- and i've paid for the acccount.

I tried to follow instructions to delete my account thinking that it would allow me to start from scratch with the account I paid for. Now it deleted my account, won't let me log in to create a new one and I've lost the $4/month I paid. How do I get an account created with the credit under the old accont I had.
