Can't sync 1P app on Android

I have 1P on my S10+ and Win 10 pc. I enabled Samsung fingerprint login on my phone. Although I can login with my print, my phone app won't sync. I did send the error log to 1P as offered through the app. In brief, after starting to sync and becoming "authorized to proceed," the process failed after the "authenticating" step. Could the fact that I set up Samsung fingerprint login have caused this? Will I receive a reply to the log submission? Thanks.
