Having Difficulty Upgrading from 1Password 6 to 1Password 7

Hi,

I just installed the most recent version of 1Password 7 and after installing, my data from 1Password 6 did not transfer over. I attempted to import the data from a 1Password 6 backup file into 1Password 7, but import in the File menu is greyed out. How can I transfer my data?

When you have 1Password 6 for Mac installed on your computer, installing version 7 should result in a relatively smooth upgrade-and-import process, but there are a number of variables.
