I have some domains with 10-20 subdomains and it's very difficult to know which to select. Would it be possible to show the subdomains and description in the list? See screenshots for example. Thanks.
Unfortunately it is not possible within the autofill list (as shown in your screenshot), but if you tap on that bottom 1Password... option you'll be presented with the 1Password list which is much more detailed.
