Switching from family to individual - prorated refund

Hi there! If someone mistakenly subscribed to and paid for a family subscription (billed annually) and would like to switch to an individual account, is it possible to get a (prorated) refund for the subscription cost difference? Thanks!

    In the event a customer signs up for the incorrect subscription, we do automatically refund the difference between the subscription costs back to the account as a credit!
