1Password Version: 7.3.2
Extension Version: 13.0.4 Safari
OS Version: macOS Catalina
Sync Type: iCloud

    Problem Solved
    Solution Download 7.3.2 from 1password Site to the second Mac and log as existing client.
    All Good.
