wrong account shows up on my wife's machine - cannot seam to remove and set ups the right account.

when we opened 1Password this morning it said it was erasing my wife's family account. Then when it did open it came up in my account. tried resetting, erasing and reinstalling but every time I open 1password it comes up in my account. cannot seem to clear my account so it will; not let me enter hers. on her iPad and phone every thing is fine

    Can you please clarify what you mean by "cannot seem to clear my account"? What happens exactly when you try to login?
