Authorization Code Appears Each Time I Open Safari

Hi,

All of the sudden, every time I launch 1Password I am forced to authorize the software. Each time I see that the codes match and select the authorize button. So far, I have rebooted my iMac but that didn't fix the problem. Should I uninstall and reinstall the 1Password Extension?

Extension Version: 4.7.4
OS Version: 10.12.6
Sync Type: Dropbox
