save passwords not working

The instructions for saving passwords aren't working for me. I have read the help titled "1Password can save your usernames and passwords when you sign in to websites, so you don’t have to remember them". It says: "To save an account in 1Password, sign in to your account on the website. 1Password will ask you to save your username and password. Click Save Login."

Here's what I did:
1Password mini is running and the extension is installed.
I signed into my CitiBank account with my user name and password
1Password DID NOT ASK me to save my username and password.

How do I get 1Password to ASK ME to save my username and password?

    2. What version of the 1Password extension have you installed in your browser?
    3. What browser and browser version is this happening with?
    4. What operating system are you currently using?
