Cannot update version 7.3.2

I running 1Password 7 for Mac version 7.3.2 under macOS Catalina 10.15.2, with a Family license (although I'm using only an iCloud Primary vault).

If in the app I use menu item "Check for updates", I get a pop-up window saying "You are up to date".

However, the current version of 1Password 7 for Mac on the download page https://1password.com/downloads/mac/ is 7.4.1.

What should I do?

In particular, is there any harm in downloading that current version 7.4.1 and running the resulting pkg file?

    @murrayE - nope, you should be fine to do that. Before you do so, make sure you quit Safari and Quit 1Password 7 completely by typing ^⌥⌘Q (or just holding down the Control and Option keys as you choose Quit from the 1Password menu), but you can definitely download the package installer and update that way. Let us know if you run into any difficulties!
