I have downloaded the 1Password app on my IOS devices and have been using it for some time. Now I'm trying to login on my computer and cannot because I don't have a Secret Key. Do I need an account for this?

That's correct: you will only get a Secret Key if you have a 1Password Membership, which is paid with a subscription. Do you have an active subscription? If you do, there are several ways to retrieve your Secret Key. If you don't have a subscription instead, you will not have a Secret Key.

So.... the only way I can access my information is through the app and not online?
