An apple update has stopped 1Passwords from functioning.

I can open the info on my passwords through "Open", but nothing happens when I click on the icon for autofill.
Am quite disappointed as one of the features that encouraged me to buy your app was 1Password's statement
that updates did not interfere with the apps function. Please help me find next steps. This is second time.
I am using version 7.3.1, purchased through Apple app store last spring.
