i have an excellent password (18 characters including numbers, lc and uc) marked Terrible.
Terrible is next to an empty circle. Seem like record is a bit odd.

Hi @notcygnus!
Typically this happens when you use something other than 1Password to generate this password. Could you let us know exactly how this password was generated?

A 24-character password, generated today by 1Password 7
Version 7.4.2 (70402004), 1Password Store, WLAN sync,
is listed as Terrible with an empty circle.I tried:
1) regenerating a new password (twice);
2) quitting and relaunching 1Password;
3) rebooting my computer (2019 iMac; Catalina 10.15.3).In each instance, the password includes 24 characters (uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and two special characters), generated by 1Password. It is not reused.
I have not seen this before. Other passwords meeting the same criteria are described ty 1Password as Fantastic, with a green circle.

I have tried reproducing this in my 1Password 7 app but things worked fine for me. Can you please let me know the exact steps that you are following to make this happen so I can test them?

I’m using the 1Password extension in Safari to generate a new password.
The problem is present only on my bank’s website:
https://www.citywidebanks.comWhen I log in, the URL changes to:
https://savvyatcitywidebanks.com/I use 1Password to generate a new password. 1Password offers to “…save the username and password for this site…” (It does not offer to update the existing login.) I select yes. A password and a new login, which 1Password describes it as fantastic, with a green circle, is created for https://savvyatcitywidebanks.com. I add https://www.citywidebanks.com to this new login.
I copied account numbers and other important data from the old login to the new login, then deleted the old login and the newly created separate password from 1Password. Now I have a new login, with all my account numbers and data intact, and a new password described by 1Password as fantastic.
My error was in trying to update the original login, rather than transferring relevant data to the new login.

Thank you for the update! I think this was caused by your bank using two different website domains, and somewhere in the process things got confusing when moving from one item to the other. I am glad that you managed to get this sorted out however :)
If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out anytime.
Have a wonderful day :)
