Converting to Subscription service but need to reset Password.
I signed up for a new subscription on December 2, 2019 but I must have copied down the new Master password incorrectly. I am still using my non-subscription 1Password6 with my original Master password.
I have my new Secret Key as well as all my passwords in 1Password6 but I cannot convert to the subscription because of the lost new Master password I created when signing up for the subscription. How do I get back to my subscription, which I have already paid for?
This is very frustrating, paying for a subscription and not having any responsive contact with customer service.
