iOS Devices Not Synced
We have a family subscription previously we were standalone (non-subscription) customers. My wife's iPad & iPhone are not 'syncing' as expected. On my wife's devices Settings->Vaults shows a 'Primary' vault in addition to our Family subscription.
How can we move to purely Subscription model?

How can we move to purely Subscription model?
Please remove the old Primary vault from your wife's devices, so the only vaults left in her 1Password apps are the 1Password.com ones:
- Open 1Password on her device and yap Settings > Vaults > Primary.
- Tap Delete Vault.
