Trying to login on my Chromebook but it says one of the pieces of info is incorrect.

I coped the master key right off the recovery sheet and I know my password is correct.

    Have you been able to login to your account previously on other devices, using the same Master Password?

    Yes, I logged in fine on my Windows laptop with the same info.

    And are you trying to login to a 1Password app at the moment, or to the 1Password.com website on this new device?
