when changing a pw for website, change on website first before changing in 1PW app?

Greetings,

When I want to change a password for a website, should I change the password to a new password on website first, then check &/or change the password in the 1PW app.

    Hi @ReannaLucille!

    That is how things are working on my machine when I change a password on a website. I am also using 1Password 7.4.1 (in Chrome), with 1Password browser extension version 4.7.5.90.

    What version of the 1Password browser extension are you using?

    Hi ag_ana,

    I use Safari for my browser on my Mac. I really don't know how to find out the extension version. I keep my computer updated all the time.
