Passwords not updating when changed.

My wife changed her Amazon password a couple of days ago, When I was unable to login today I checked my 1Password and did not see an updated password in my wife’s vault. When I checked my wife’s 1Password it had the new password. Both computers were online (mine is always online and awake) when I checked and obviously my wife’s computer was online when she changed the password. I didn’t find anything to force updating. I ended up having to ssh from her computer to mine and echo <thepassword> > ~/Desktop/temp.txt

Ideas?

(both machines both running current macOS and 1Password)

    Hi @covisp!

    I didn’t find anything to force updating.

    If you lock and unlock the "stuck" 1Password app, it will force a fresh sync ;)

    I also noticed that you are not running the latest version of 1Password for Mac, so just to avoid any possible problem, can you please make sure you update to 1Password version 7.4.1 on your devices? If you are on Catalina, you will have to download a fresh installer from our website due to a bug in the built in updater in a previous version.
