Have a family account. Family member shows as active but shared vault is not showing

This was previously an individual account but it was converted to a family account through invitation from my account. The family member shows as active in family account (I confirmed) but the family member cannot see the shared vault.

    Hi @campjh!

    This was previously an individual account but it was converted to a family account through invitation from my account.

    When you invite someone to your account, their account is not converted if they previously had their own Individual account. This means that, in this case, the person you invited will have two 1Password accounts, one Individual and one Families with you.

    Can you confirm that they are logging in to the correct account?
