Request for HTTPS Prompt
Not necessarily an issue because I'm sure it's intentional, but I self host, and use a web app called muximux (https://github.com/mescon/Muximux) to server as a portal for all my applications on my local LAN. I've been getting this pop up recently:
And I get that it's meant to protect people from insecure websites (although the part about it originally having been saved on https is false), but the problem is, if I have like 10 applications all on this one site, it pops up like ten times and I keep clicking OK. Can we get something to whitelist certain URL patterns like 10.0.0.0/24?
I'm on Linux so 1password X on Firefox is my setup.

Hi @linkthepirate! Welcome to the forum!
If you open this item in 1Password X, does the website field currently start with "http://" or "https://"?

The field shows http but it redirects to https. I tried removing the site, saving and re-adding as a new website.

I don't think 1Password can redirect you, I think the redirection is happening outside of 1Password. How exactly are you logging in to that website? Are you visiting the website first, and when you are on that page you call 1Password X, or are you opening 1Password X first (perhaps on a blank tab) and let it take you to the website?

Both.

Hey @linkthepirate! I'm glad you brought this up. What you're experiencing was actually an issue in 1Password X, which has since been fixed in the beta (and should make its way to the stable version soon). If you don't mind, could you give the 1Password X beta in Firefox a try and let me know if you're still running into the same issue?

@kaitlyn it is resolved in beta, I'll wait for stable thank you!

@linkthepirate – Awesome! I'm glad to hear that was indeed the same issue that we resolved. It should be making its way to stable here soon.
If anything else comes up, I'll be here for you. :)
