@Tangible You can refresh the cache by opening the 1Password app and navigating to Settings > Password AutoFill. On that screen there will be a banner at the top that will disappear when the refresh has been completed. This should only have to be done on rare occasion where the cache doesn't automatically refresh.

If refreshing the cache doesn't resolve it then that would lead me to believe those items are still present in 1Password somewhere. Perhaps they are in a vault you've forgotten about?
