I had trial, now frozen. Since then have bought family subscription. Can we combine?
Had a trial for 1Password 7. Like it. So we bought a family subscription. Seems that we now have two Secret Keys, and the trial account is frozen.
Can we combine accounts or link the trial over to the family plan so it thaws, please?

It sounds like you created a brand new account and subscribed there, instead of converting your existing account where all your data is. Is this indeed what you did?

It seems that is what happened. Especially since we have two Secret Keys, but both are under the same login email.
Can we combine or do some other administrative magic to resolve, please?0 -
